About Saini

I am a passionate yoga and strength training practitioner and coach. I have been teaching for the last 3 years and my focus includes improving strength, concentration, and overall flexibility with anyone willing to learn. My approach is beginner-friendly and progressive.

About the lesson

I conduct 1 hour long classes for yoga and basic strength training, depending on your preferences. Classes usually begin with a warmup, primary movements and a cooldown and relaxation. My classes are perfect for beginners looking to start their fitness journey.
