I start with a dynamic warm up which will loose some tight muscles before we start the workout so that no one will cramp up during the workout. then i love forward with strength training mostly body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, crunches, a lot of variations of squats, lunges, and some body weight exercises for your lower back and then we move forward with cardio exercises to pump up our heart. Then in the end we do some static stretching and stretch the whole body for flexibility.
