We’ll schedule a consultation call wherein we’ll record necessary details like your name, age, gender, fitness goal, body type, lifestyle, medical condition, availability, and other aspects. Your training begins as per the discussed schedule. Within a week from the date of the first training session, you’ll get a customized workout plan and a diet chart. Your progress will be analyzed weekly. The trainer will suggest any changes based on the progress and the condition. Your trainer is just a message, call, or email away in case of any queries.
