I’m someone who genuinely loves teaching and empowering others. I’m bubbly, outgoing, and passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. I’ve spent years building my own confidence, finding my voice, and learning to stand up for what I believe in. Because of my own journey, I understand the challenges that can come with self-doubt, addiction, anxiety, depression and I love guiding others move through those challenges and step into their power.

My approach is holistic, intuitive, and client-centred. I work one-on-one with clients to get to the root of what’s really going on beneath the surface, whether that’s limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences. Sessions may include coaching, guided meditations, self-reflection practices, mindset work, and healing techniques to support deeper awareness, confidence, and personal growth.
