About Lacey
My name is Lacey, and I am a certified K–12 teacher with experience in English Language Arts, science, and a background in special education. I am passionate about helping students grow in their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills while building the confidence they need to succeed.
Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with a wide range of learners and understand that every student learns differently. I take pride in adapting instruction, breaking concepts into manageable steps, and creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
I am also a homeschooling mom, which has deepened my appreciation for personalized, flexible learning. My family values a faith-based approach, and I strive to encourage not only academic growth but also confidence, character, and a love of learning.
Parents can expect a professional, patient, and encouraging approach in every session. My goal is not just to help students improve their grades, but to help them believe in their ability to succeed and feel proud of their progress.
