About Line

Through my teaching in the national education, I have a very good knowledge of teaching practices but also of the functioning of this institution and the tools to promote the success of the students. I also have an excellent knowledge of the programs and issues of academic exams. I have been giving private lessons for 18 years: I have already trained several students. Usually I follow my students over several years. This allowed me to better support them towards greater success. I work in such a way as to put them in confidence, to develop a taste for French and literature and to help them appropriate effective working tools. Progress is usually felt after a few weeks of classes.

About the lesson

French teacher in college-high school, graduate of national education, I have a great experience of students through the private lessons that I have been giving for 18 years and teaching in middle and high school classes for 14 years. Every year, I am part of the jury for the correction of the college patent and corrected the French bac for 3 years. I am therefore fully aware of the jury's expectations regarding these two exams. After a first hour devoted to an interview with the student and analysis of his assessments, expectations, gaps, difficulties, we agree on a work program around a weekly hourly volume. I then help the student to review their working, organizational and writing methods. I also reinforce knowledge in French (spelling, grammar, written expression, text analysis) for students from 6th to 1st and with a view to preparing for the French patent or bac (oral and written). For the bac, I also help with oral preparation with questions for the interview and problems on the text in the program. Former preparatory class student in a large Parisian high school, I can also help her in other literary subjects: English, history-geography (college level). My way of working has often proved to be very effective. I adapt to the level of the student, target his difficulties, establish an atmosphere of trust, dialogue and start a progressive work to fill his gaps, help him to become aware of his difficulties and slowly bring him towards more. autonomy and self-confidence.
