I began my adult career in the Army as a Police Officer, then went into civilian law enforcement, I have 15 years of law enforcement experience. I left that life behind in 2013 and have been teaching or instructing in one fashion or another ever since.

My approach with math is is to be very involved. I like to walk my student through a problem first, then let them try while I walk them through it. Usually doesn't take long before they are off and running on their own.
