About ABHISHEK
I have a unique way of doing things right from the start, talking about myself as an obese 110kg kid and cutting it back to 75kgs and then gaining some muscle at 90kgs it has never been easy for me too. I have learned from many things including my certifications but as they say mistakes are the best teachers of your life, As a certified trainer and nutritionist and a person who has been there in fitness for the last 6+ years, I want a smooth and successful road for you to reach your goal and will not let you make the same mistakes as me.
