About MARIA DEL CARMEN
Trainer, Executive Coach, DISC Behavioral Analyst and NLP Practitioner highly motivated and results-oriented, with a vocation to contribute to the development of people and organizations accompanying them in their continuous improvement process. I have more than seven years of experience in training in Spain, Portugal and Asia, as well as two years of experience as a business consultant in China. Previously, I spent more than fifteen years working in the financial area of multinational companies in the IT sector, occupying management positions and leading teams. The methodology used is active, participatory and dynamic, combining theoretical training with the practical application of the theory. Special emphasis is placed on practice both during training, and on a daily basis through an action plan and its corresponding follow-up, so that learning is maximized.
