My teaching methodology is quite flexible as I keep my students in loop when tailoring and designing my lesson plans. I decipher the issues and tailor the lessons according to the needs of my students as I believe students learn better when you teach them in their comfort zone with personalized lesson plans and techniques. I choose to work in both ways; descriptive and prescriptive.
