About Josh
As a dedicated coach and Sports and Exercise Science student, I blend academic knowledge with real-world coaching experience to help students grow in confidence and ability. I’ve had the privilege of leading teams to two All-Ireland finals, and those moments taught me the power of preparation, teamwork, and belief. I know how daunting new challenges can feel—whether on the pitch or in the classroom—so I focus on creating a positive, no-pressure environment where students feel supported and motivated. When I’m not coaching or studying, you’ll probably find me exploring new training methods, watching a match, or planning my next adventure. I hold a 120-hour Premier degree with 1 year of experience teaching adults and teens worldwide. Typical sessions (60 minutes) blend structured learning with natural conversation, using multimedia resources and targeted exercises.
