Based on student needs, I will plan a lesson that focuses on information that they know and progress their knowledge within the standards they need.
Having been a student that struggled, I know what it means to work hard and reach an educational goal. I take pride in watching students grow and see their growth personally. I love seeing the smile on a child's face when they realize they understand something that has always been hard for them.
