About Angela
As a teacher, I have served on many curriculum committees. I have taught systematic phonics programs. My favorite way to teach is to take quality children's literature and break it down by studying the words and the author's intent. When I have done independent tutoring, I have seen great results with my clients.

I will engage your child with innovative lessons that catch their attention. Depending on the grade level, we will explore words, sentences, paragraphs, or short stories. We will also work on their writing skills (reading slowed down). I am a certified teacher with tutoring experience who also served as a media specialist.
