About Sarah
Hi! My name is Sarah, and I am a certified Elementary and Special Education teacher with nearly 9 years of classroom experience. I specialize in helping students build confidence in reading, writing, math, and overall academic skills through personalized and engaging lessons tailored to their unique learning style.
I am Orton-Gillingham certified and have extensive experience working with students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and hands-on. I believe learning should feel positive, supportive, and fun while still helping students make real progress.
Each lesson is customized to meet the student’s goals and needs. Whether your child needs homework help, reading intervention, test prep, behavior support, or enrichment, I create lessons that keep students engaged and motivated. I also focus heavily on building confidence and helping students feel successful both academically and emotionally.
I work with elementary students of all learning levels and love helping children discover that they are capable, smart, and able to succeed!
