I have been teaching for 10+ years. As a certified educator, I have taught 4th and 5th grade ELA, and 1st grade. I also have experience as a Reading Specialist and Literacy Specialist. I love helping children build confidence, learn to read and fall in love with reading books.

I use a structured and explicit approach to make lessons easy to follow, engaging and challenging enough to develop better reading skills. I also use multi-sensory techniques, which helps students with reading difficulties like dyslexia. In 3-4 lessons a week students are sure to show lots of growth.
