I always interact or communicate to my students with respect,no matter the age or size.All my students are treated fairly/equal. The children are the future and as educators I strongly believe that we have a great responsibility to guide or sharpe our students so that, they can become the great leaders of tomorrow/a wonderful individual in society. I lead by example for we have to I be the change we want to see. As an educator I always praise or reward my students,no matter how big or small their achievement or growth is and no child is looked down on for making a mistake. I treat all my students as if they are my own, because I only want them to excel.

I make learning fun and exciting. I use various learning styles to appeal or engage children,because not all children learn with the same methods of teaching.I am patient for I do understand that not every child grasp things at the same pace and most of all, my students will learn or improve greatly in whatever area is being taught.
