About Amy
I have been taking yoga classes since I was 20. I have practiced all forms of yoga and I know many wonderful teachers. Upon deciding to become a teacher, I was certain that I was passionate about doing so. I actually felt a calling. The practice made me feel happily connected to my own body and spirit. Fast forward to the present, I am currently 45 years old. I have made a name for myself through my clients and within the community. Not only am I teaching in-studio, I have a private practice that allows me to teach in-home and office.

Upon starting my own business three years ago I have learned that people are far more interested in the spirituality behind yoga than I’d previously imagined. Being a teacher who is willing to dive deeper than correcting someone on their positioning, I welcome my students to do what feels right for them. They listen to their bodies, instead of perfecting a pose. Over time, the body will catch up without hurting itself.
