My lessons are gentle, personalised online wellness sessions focused on stress relief, emotional balance and relaxation. I work with essential oils, olfactory awareness and simple grounding techniques to help clients reconnect with their bodies and calm the nervous system.
A typical session includes a short check-in, guided olfactory work using the client’s own essential oil kit, breathing or relaxation practices, and practical self-care guidance that can be integrated into daily life. All sessions are calm, non-invasive and adapted to each person’s needs and rhythm.
What sets me apart is a slow, respectful approach that prioritises safety, listening and individual experience. My lessons are suitable for adults seeking emotional balance, stress support, burnout prevention or a deeper sense of deep relaxation. No prior experience with aromatherapy is required.
