About Zahra

Hi, I’m Zahra, a former IT Support Analyst and a current Diploma of System Administration and Cloud Engineering student at TAFE SA. I have experience supporting users with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud technologies, and technical troubleshooting. I also provide assistance with IT assignments and help students understand technical concepts in a simple and practical way. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their technical skills, and succeed in their studies. Lessons are available online and can be tailored to your individual learning needs.
