About Pavithra
I am a Carnatic Music teacher. I have learnt music for 10 years from various gurus; PB Shri Rangachari, Archana Swaminathan (d/o OS Thyagarajan), Shri Gurumoorthy, Devie Neithiyar (d/o TV Gopalakrishnan). Currently training under Shri Rajalakshmi Srinivasan. Completed Grade 4 Certification (94%) from Annamalai University. Currently pursuing B.Music in University of Madras.

I insist on a very strong foundation before moving forward. Hence basic exercises and voice culture will be given lot of importance. Teaching methodology include theory and Practicals with references from Prof P Sambamoorthy books. Krithis and varnams will be handled based on student's capability.
