About Carlie
Hi! I am Carlie, and I am passionate about all things criminological and sociological, I have specialised in criminology within University and have almost finished my Masters in international relations and global crisis.
I think these are some of the most complex and relevant topics within modern society, and I would love to help the younger generations strengthen their passion to help make the world a better place.

I find inquiry-based learning the strongest, as it encourages children to be inquisitive about these topics, which help with information retention as well as it tends to be more enjoyable than just me talking and talking at the students.
Typical length of a lesson would be 45 minutes to an hour.
I do not have extensive qualifications or experience as a tutor, however I have been a university representative, and have experience within informal tutoring groups during my undergraduate degree.
My lessons are for children preparing for their GCSE, or students at college level.
I am also more than happy to help GCSE children who do not yet study criminology or politics to help them have a better understanding of the topics before they start at college level.
