About Zargol
Hello, I'm Dr Zahra Moradi, a neuroscientist, university lecturer, and career coach with over a decade of experience supporting students, researchers, and professionals in achieving their academic and career goals.
I hold a PhD from the University of Oxford and currently teach at University College London (UCL). Throughout my career, I have worked across research, teaching, leadership, and mentoring roles at institutions including Oxford, King's College London, Cardiff University, and UCL. Having navigated several career transitions myself, I understand the challenges of making important career decisions, building confidence, and finding work that aligns with your strengths and values.
My coaching approach combines evidence-based insights from psychology and neuroscience with practical strategies to help clients gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and move forward with confidence. I am passionate about helping people discover their potential, make informed career choices, and create meaningful and fulfilling professional lives.
