About Pooja
I am a Candidate Attorney and an LLB graduate, graduating as the Valedictorian of the Class of 2024 and a recipient of the PH Group Award. I have completed internships at the Legal Resources Centre, Bowmans, and Rand Merchant Bank, giving me exposure to both public interest and commercial law.
Outside of work, I volunteer in underprivileged communities and petsit within my community. I have a strong passion for reading, writing, and education, and I enjoy helping others understand areas of the law that can often feel intimidating.
I graduated as a top achiever at my institution, achieved distinctions across all my law modules, and served as Head of the Legal Debate Team and the Feminine Hygiene Campaign at my university. I am deeply committed to using the law as a tool for impact and contributing meaningfully to my community and the broader legal profession.

I am highly proficient in English and willing to teach any module up to fourth year level. I am patient and have a relaxed teaching style - I am willing to explain a concept until a student can fully grasp it.
My lessons would include explaining the concept, allowing for questions at any time as well as asking the student questions in order to ascertain their understanding.
My lessons will be aimed at students pursuing the LLB Law Degree or a degree which contains modules that the LLB Degree offers.
