About Bette
Coding represents a language that I have spoken fluently for 7 years as a professional developer. Most people assume that writing code requires a genius level of math, but it actually relies on clear logic and repetition. I focus on OBJECT ORIENTED PROGRAMMING and clean code practices daily.
Java and Python remain my primary tools for building APIs and backend basics. My BS Mathematics degree helps me explain technical concepts through a unique lens. I enjoy teaching HTML and CSS to beginners. I often guide first-gen CS-student advocates through problem solving on coding platforms.
Project based learning keeps my perspective fresh and practical. I aim to keep our time together straightforward and focused.
