About Buddy
I want to teach because we live in an era where fitness is so saturated with useless information and over expensive lies, taking advantage of people who wish to look better. I’ve been there and it’s not a good place to be especially not in today’s society with the draining strain that social media puts in many peoples mental health and happiness. Ignore the location of the lesson as I am a virtual pt therefore meaning u can loose weight in the comfort of your home and not have to travel to a gym depending on your goals of course.
