About Modestas
When I'm not diving deep into biochemistry or helping students master complex science topics, I love staying active and exploring different ideas. You can often find me on the court or the pitch, as I'm a big fan of playing basketball, table tennis, volleyball, and football. I also really enjoy getting lost in a good book to unwind, and my reading list usually features thought-provoking authors like Orwell, Dostoyevsky, Thomas Aquinas, and the Bible. I consider myself to be a determined and highly adaptable person.

Hi, I'm Modestas! As a Cambridge-trained PhD scientist, I’m passionate about making science feel less intimidating and a lot more approachable. Over my three years as a Graduate Supervisor at the University of Cambridge, I’ve provided dedicated small-group teaching and academic mentorship to a wide variety of learners. Whether you’re already excelling and want to dive deeper into complex material, or you’re feeling completely stuck on the basic concepts, I know how to adjust my approach to meet you exactly where you are. We'll work together in a relaxed, supportive environment to break down tough subjects, build your confidence, and ensure you get the absolute most out of every session.
