University of Cambridge English Literature BA Hons. first class I studied at The Perse School, a top private school in Cambridge. 7+ years’ experience tutoring English from KS1 level to adult learner. delivering material in an engaging and accessible manner to encourage independent and analytical thinking from the tutee. Students have successfully been offered places at top London schools, including Westminster School, St Paul’s Girls’ School, City of London Girls, Whitgift. Teaching Style: I pride myself on tutoring in an engaging, entertaining style. I like to encourage students to offer and infer solutions themselves, rather than providing them myself; this means the improvement is greater and more permanent. I'm friendly and laid back, but also motivate my students to high standards we will set together.
