About Bethan
I am a helpful and supportive tutor currently working towards a degree in English from the University of Cambridge. I have previously worked with History GCSE students to improve their essay writing, and with Year 7 students to improve their reading comprehension, and have been impressed by the improvements students can make with even a little focused support.

Through a thoughtful but enthusiastic approach to the subject I hope to increase my students’ understanding and enjoyment of English, as well as to refine their revision and exam techniques, and to improve their confidence. I can offer online sessions with a high degree of availability, working to personalised lesson plans or on a lesson-by-lesson basis in order to address concerns as they arise.
