About Charlotte
My journey began in education, where I became a teacher and has led me to study alternative methods of managing stress particularly for children, young people and adults who have had difficult beginnings, in particular due to an outdated education system which has let many of us down. I am passionate about positive mental health and reducing levels of stress in our lives.
