About Alice
Want to learn Spanish or French two of the most commonly spoken languages in a fun and engaging environment? I am an experienced language teacher with over 6 years tutoring experience having worked in a variety of multicultural settings and with different age groups and abilities. Subsequently, this has required developing a range of lesson plans and activities to engage different target audiences and to present information in a clear and coherent manner. I have a BA in French, Spanish and Italian and an MA in Intercultural Communication and International Development. I also have a TESOL qualification. My experience includes the following:
November 2017- May 2019- TEFL Teacher at ILA Hanoi, Vietnam
Part-time Language Club Teacher with Le Club Français, September 2016 - June 2017
English Teaching Assistant, IES Guadarrama, Guadarrama in Spain, September 2010 - June 2011.
Private Tutor in French and Spanish 2013 till 2017 - assisting pupils with GCSE and A level examinations.

I am friendly and personable as I believe that building a good working relationship with students and tailoring my lessons to the needs of the students is very important. I also like to use a range of different resources from online games, to worksheets to listening to the radio etc...During the first class, I like to identify some of the things my students are interested in and see if I can incorporate some of these into the classroom. I also listen to the areas where they are most struggling so we can focus on these.
I offer lessons to all age groups and abilities.
