About Martín
I always liked sports, I did basketball, handball, martial arts and as a complement I always did exercises with the bar and with body weight as reinforcement. Since I moved to study engineering at Oro Verde I have dedicated myself more exclusively to this. Now I have been practicing this sport for several years, which is like a more street version of gymnastics, being able to acquire important skills such as vertical, v-sit, muscle up, front lever, back lever and others. I've been training a couple of students for a while and now I'm going to start using this platform.

The way I would like to work is mainly addressing technique correction in various exercises and skills. Also providing different tools and complementary exercises to work reinforcement and complementary strength for the different elements. In addition, you can talk about planning and the different routines and considerations outside the training moment, which are very important and key to be able to advance properly.
This does not take away from the fact that if a student wants to see something in particular or do a specific routine or propose it myself if they wish, then we can do that on the spot.
My idea is to expanded this sport, help to advance with skills when stagnant and help prevent injuries through good practice and explanation of correct technique.
