About Nioke
My name is Nioke Mayo, and I am a sophomore in high school from Maine. I have been interested in tutoring students who are struggling in school for the past years and have previous experience working with two different clients. For mathematics, I have completed Honors Algebra (I & II), AP Precalculus, and am currently taking AP Calculus AB. I have experience with college classes and have taken AP classes through my high school, as well as science classes through Georgetown University and Rice University's online programs for high school students.

To tutor, I use different resources such as textbooks or online websites to ensure that I can offer a comprehensive breakdown of subject material.
Typically, I will have students reach out to me with units, chapters, lessons, or homework that they are confused about and wish to receive further instruction for. During this, I will also try to plan a date for the next tutoring session. Before this session, I will read up on and research the topic they are confused about, as well as create a lesson plan to use during the tutoring session.
My lessons are designed for the middle and high school levels.
