About Catherine
I am a fourth-year Statistics major pursuing a master's degree at Cal Poly with six years of tutoring experience. I’ve worked with students ranging from elementary school to college, including AP-level courses. I’ve served as a Teaching Assistant and grader for university statistics classes, which taught me how to explain concepts clearly and patiently. Additionally, I have taken coursework in statistics education. I am dedicated, professional, and passionate about helping students gain confidence and succeed in their studies.

Catherine tutored my daughter in college calculus, and she really understood how to break down concepts and explain them to first-time learners. She gave my daughter a ton of test taking tips to improve her exam scores. She was also super easy to schedule with and always punctual. I would absolutely recommend her as a tutor.
Cat is extremely patient and did a great job of keeping me focused when she was tutoring me for my stats exam. She simplified difficult concepts and really broke down the material to help me understand it better. Would highly recommend!
