I met Dan when we were both on a business coaching course together many years ago. I realised he was alreday running a successful ecommerce business and I was keen to see if he would help guide me as I was in the process of starting up my second business in the area of ecommerce which I knew very little about.
Dan has guided me through all stages of the process, helping me to hone and refine my offering of my business as a whole, but particularly in relation to the costs and marketing side of things.
As someone who struggles with overwhelm when faced with things such as numbers on a spreadsheet (for example), I hugely appreciated Dan working things through with me to bring me to a level of understanding I didn't have previously which gave me the confidence to continue alone.
His style is patient and collaborative and that, coupled with his immense knowledge of business, is a wonderful attribute in a tutor/ mentor.
