About Tom

Hi! I’m a friendly and enthusiastic tutor with two years of teaching experience and a background in business, marketing, research and strategy. I enjoy helping people discover their strengths, build confidence and develop skills they can use both in the classroom and beyond.

My experience working with different businesses has given me a practical understanding of how the concepts we learn translate into the real world, particularly in Business Studies, research and career development. I want to teach because I believe learning should be an enjoyable and empowering experience, where every student feels supported and capable of achieving their goals.

Whether you’re preparing for exams, developing your English skills, exploring business concepts or thinking about your future career, I’ll work with you to understand your ambitions and create a learning experience that suits you. I’m looking forward to helping you learn, grow and achieve your potential!

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is to make learning enjoyable, engaging and rewarding, while helping you achieve the results you’re looking for.

I’ll start by understanding your current skills, strengths and areas for development, then create a tailored plan to help you build confidence and reach your goals. Whether you’re looking for support with Business Studies, English, career development or other areas of learning, I aim to make complex ideas accessible and relevant to real life. In Business Studies, I can help you understand the fundamentals of business, strategy, market research and consumer behaviour, bringing concepts to life through practical examples and real-world case studies.

My approach is supportive, flexible and focused on your individual needs, helping you develop both your knowledge and the confidence to apply what you learn.
