About Ioana
I am a Business student and a former professional ballroom dancer, former president of one of the largest business societies in my university and also a student mentor for 1st year undergraduates. I have been mentoring for 2 years now, focusing on the successful and smooth transition of students in university, and also on activity and group integration management.

I base my classes on trusting bonds created with the students I tutor and on building context for each person in part to get insight and suggest working methods for stress management. I base my classes on collaborative mind mapping, activity tracking, and action and result checking.
