About Tielman
My business life started as an accountant for a fashion retail organization and thereafter for an international computer conglomerate. Within the same company I was moved from accounting to a sales and management role. During this time I also completed my studies with Henley management college as part of their MBA program. I subsequently moved to various computer organizations fulfilling roles from business development manager to managing director. Writing and editing proposals and tenders had to be conducted on a frequent basis as well as being both interviewer and interviewee. I worked in South Africa, United Kingdom, France and Taiwan enabling me an holistic approach to all facets of business and the use of English as an enabler.

The emphasis will be based around the end goal. Once we have established the goal we will decide where to start bearing in mind the competency level of the student. The interaction and frequency of communication will be mutually determined and constantly monitored. The original scope will also be kept in mind and adapted as required.
