About Jim
I have been an entrepreneur for most of my life, starting a small business as a kid, and graduating to founding some serious ventures: One turning over £45,000,000 in services since inception, another providing FX rates with signed contracts with Goldman Sachs and NatWest. My most recent venture, has the potential to reach a $Billion valuation within the next few years.
I have developed an excellent sweat equity share option model which enables founders to harness the skills available in their network. This is truly a way to enable rapid development of potential, as it is by the forging of a team that true progress can be attained.
I am interested to share my experience as I find it fun to help people work towards achieving their dreams. It is not ONLY about the financial success, but there is a lot more to be gained from founding your own firm.

The place to start is to understand your own experiences and the areas of expertise you can offer. The next is to make a list of all the contacts you have already. Often it can be a really good idea to make plans for your future business a number of years before you decide to go for it, as this will help you focus your activity in the all-important pre-start-up years, where you can build a solid foundation that will stand you in good stead for launch.
I have generated some stunning successes over the years. In one business I was making £28,000 per hour!
One of my firms re-engineered the internal networks of The Bank of England, as well as undertaking critical IT work for Harrods.
There are many ways to create a successful venture. I will help you talk through your ideas and can help create frameworks that allow you to develop profitable businesses, that can be a lot of FUN!
