Hello! My name is Natalia. I’m a friendly, patient, and organized professional with more than 10 years of experience working in customer service, business, logistics, administration, and accounting.
I enjoy communicating with people from different backgrounds and helping others feel more confident in their English. Having worked in international business environments, I understand how important clear communication is in both everyday life and the workplace.
I speak English fluently and also speak Russian, Spanish, and Portuguese, which allows me to understand the challenges that language learners can experience.
I’m a positive and supportive person, and I believe learning should feel comfortable and enjoyable.
