I tailoring my teaching to meet students need, time and place is also decided after taking into consideration the students schedule. Every students need is different and as a teacher I handle it as such. I start by identifying what to students problem is as opposed to what the students might perceive to be his or her problem, them proceed to proposing solutions and finally implementation of solutions.
My teaching is not a day or a week it's a continuous practical process, interactive and risk taking till the problem has been thoroughly dealth with
