About Oxana
I’m Oxana Pimenova, holding two PhDs (Public Policy & Law) and an SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellowship in Reasoning, Argumentation, and Rhetoric. I teach Canadian public administration, administrative law, and advanced argumentation, and publish on Indigenous consultations, administrative discretion, and deliberative reasoning.
