About Yasmin
The sound of a perfectly balanced chord progression hitting the air is where I find the most joy in teaching. My 11 years of experience allow me to break down complex concepts like jazz improvisation and hand independence into manageable parts. I emphasize posture and hand position because they are the foundation for everything else you will play. My background includes a BM degree and years of performing, which informs how I teach dynamics, expression, and pedaling technique.
I enjoy working with teens, absolute beginners, and intermediate learners who want to develop their musical voice. You are welcome to reach out to me to start this process whenever you feel ready.

We apply these technical skills to pop and contemporary styles so you can play the music you actually love. I draw on my years of experience to guide students through ABRSM or Trinity exam prep. Younger learners and adults alike find that ear training helps bridge the gap between reading notes and hearing music.
