About Alex

I spontaneously started to meditate at the age of 15, and now have more than 10 years of experience with the practice. I am a certified instructor from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, with complementary training in meditation teaching. I performed retreats in Quebec and Japan, and lived as a resident-teacher in the Toronto Sivananda Center where I taught meditation to dozens of groups. Over the past years I have also taught yoga in Montreal, Toronto and Val-Morin, as well as in Paris, Strasbourg and Orléans. Students love my sensitivity, kindness and clear instructions! Have the guarantee of a solid and authentic practice that will yield results. During our first class, we will assess your needs and expectations in order to build a personalized program. About the lesson

Looking for a way to reduce anxiety, calm down your mind, find some inner peace and get in touch with yourself? Meditation can help you achieve your goals by making your mind clear and laser-focused. I teach meditation as inherited from Indian tradition. Beyond mindfulness meditation, learn the powerful techniques of visualization, focalization, as well as the how and why of mantra-repetition. Most of all, learn the fundamentals of meditation in a customized way to start an efficient home-practice.
