About Choeun
Hi! I’m Choeun, a Korean tutor currently living in London. I love meeting people from different cultures and having meaningful, fun conversations. If you enjoy sharing your thoughts and learning in a relaxed environment, we’ll get along well!
I’ve taught students of all ages in Korea, but more importantly, I understand what it’s like to learn a language independently. That experience helps me support students in a practical and realistic way.
My goal is simple: to help you feel confident expressing your thoughts naturally. My classes are friendly, open, and tailored to you. No pressure, just real progress and enjoyable conversations.

My classes focus on speaking practice for learners at A2 level or above. You choose the topics, and we build the lesson together based on your interests.
Rather than using a fixed textbook, I customise materials and homework with you, so everything feels relevant and useful. The focus is not on memorisation, but on helping you express your ideas clearly and naturally in Korean.
Think of this as a space where you can practise real conversations, organise your thoughts, and gain confidence. It’s less about “studying” and more about actually using the language in a meaningful way.
