About Ann
One of my favorite moments is hearing a student play a full song with confidence after weeks of practice. It's a reminder that small improvements each lesson really do add up over time.
I have spent the last 11 years teaching children and working professionals after earning my Degree in Music. Working with different students has helped me understand that everyone learns in their own way.
I like keeping lessons friendly and relaxed because students usually do their best when they feel comfortable. My goal is to help every student enjoy learning piano and feel proud of what they achieve.

Playing the piano is much more enjoyable when learning feels simple and practical. That's why I use easy exercises, familiar songs, and step-by-step activities that help students understand new ideas without feeling overwhelmed.
We'll cover chords, scales, rhythm, finger movement, hand coordination, sight reading, accompaniment, music theory, improvisation, dynamics, and expressive playing. Sometimes we spend a little longer on one piece because getting it right is more important than rushing ahead.
You'll receive simple practice ideas and regular updates on your progress after each lesson. As your confidence grows, you'll find it easier to learn new songs, play with both hands, and enjoy making music on your own.
