About Leané
I am a qualified Foundation Phase teacher. I studied at CPUT, Wellington campus for four years. I have been working as a grade 1 and 2 teacher at an English school for almost three years. I am a warm and patient teacher, and I understand that everyone learns in different ways. It will be my goal to help my learners in a way that best suits them.

Hello! My name is Leané, and I am a qualified Foundation Phase teacher with a bachelor's degree in education. I am passionate about helping young learners develop confidence, understanding, and a love for learning.
My approach to private tutoring: I believe every child learns in their own way and at their own pace. My lessons are relaxed, encouraging, and filled with positive reinforcement. I take time to understand each learner's strengths and areas that need more support, then adapt my teaching methods to suit them.
Type of lessons I offer: English and Afrikaans (reading, writing, spelling, grammar, comprehension) and Mathematics (foundation level).
I use interactive, hands-on, and creative activities to make learning fun and meaningful. My goal is not only to help children understand content but also to enjoy learning and feel proud of their progress.
