About Rhys
I have a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Science at Distinction Triple star level, the highest possible grade. I use to play football at a professional level so I have a deep understanding of fitness and would love to bring my own experiences and expertise to help others achieve their own fitness goals and learn about sports and fitness.
