About Leah Mea
Hi! I’m Leah Mea, a BSIT graduate with 4 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry. My experience has helped me develop strong English communication, listening, and interpersonal skills while communicating with different types of people.
I am a friendly, patient, and approachable tutor who enjoys helping students become more confident in using English. I believe that everyone learns differently, so I make my lessons comfortable, engaging, and suited to each student’s needs. As a BSIT graduate with 4 years of call center experience, I have developed strong English communication, listening, and customer service skills. My lessons focus on improving speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and everyday conversation. I use simple explanations, real-life situations, interactive activities, and friendly conversations to help students build confidence. Each lesson is adjusted to the student’s level, goals, and learning needs. I welcome beginners, students, professionals, and anyone who wants to improve their English communication skills. My goal is to create a fun and supportive environment where students feel comfortable speaking and learning.
