About Irin
Hi! I’m Irin, a Psychology graduate with a BSc in Psychology from Aston University, where I achieved a 2:1. I also achieved an A in A-level Psychology, so I understand what it is like to study the subject at A-level and prepare for exams. I’m passionate about Psychology and genuinely enjoy helping others understand the subject. Throughout my degree, I developed a strong understanding of different areas of Psychology, as well as research methods and statistics. I’m friendly, patient and approachable, and I want to create a supportive environment where students can feel confident, ask questions and reach their full potential.

I take a friendly and personalised approach to tutoring, adapting each lesson to the student’s needs and learning style. I aim to make Psychology easier to understand by breaking down difficult topics into simple explanations, using real-life examples, practice questions and active recall. I also focus on exam technique, helping students understand how to structure answers and apply their knowledge effectively.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, although this can be adjusted depending on the student’s needs.
I have a BSc Psychology degree and experience working with young people as a Youth Leader. My lessons are aimed at A-level Psychology students who want to build their confidence, improve their understanding and achieve their academic goals.
