About Zara
I am an undergraduate Actuarial Science student, who has strong maths background. With a 9 in GCSE maths and an A in A Level maths, I have always been identified as a top mathematician among my peers.
I have taken up tutoring GCSE maths to family members over the years, helping them improve by at least 2 grades from when our tutoring sessions started, to their final exams. I am very confident in my ability to help other students improve and am very passionate about helping them do well in their final exams.

Strong focus on the Edexcel GCSE mathematics specification, closely following the Edexcel specification textbook. Can also adapt to other specifications for GCSE mathematics if required.
Lessons will start by focusing 30 minutes on baseline understanding and concept grasping and then 30 minutes on adapting these skills to exam style questions. As I get to know the individual, I may adjust these times based on their learning requirements.
Lessons will be on Zoom. Available on weekdays from 5pm-9pm and weekend availability can be discussed.
